Due to the successful and rapid growth of GGP the past couple of years there was an ever-increasing need for an HR Manager to provide dedicated attention and service to our growing number of employees.  Although JJ was enjoying a blossoming career with Lowe's Home Improvement Stores, she enthusiastically accepted the challenge posed by the myriad responsibilites associated with this position and was hired in the Fall of 2009.  Her eight years of front end management experience at Lowe's afford her unique insight into interpersonal relations and the importance of timely response to employee issues.  As an added bonus, JJ has experience working with vendors as well as accounting skills which allow her to assume additional responsibilities in the area of daily reporting and bookkeeping.  Aside from the many hats she wears at GGP, JJ is also a busy Mom to two young girls named Taylor and Berkley.
